Facts

The mission of PowerPower-Copa is to provide the basic necessity of food to children in need within the City of Maricopa through delivery of weekend food packs.

PowerPack-Copa is a non-profit 501c3 organization with the goal of meeting the need of weekend meals for children on the free and/or reduced lunch program in our local schools. Many children rely on their local schools to provide breakfast and lunch for them five days a week. The goal of PowerPack-Copa is to assist in filling the gap on weekends for these children. The PowerPack-Copa team consists of local volunteers throughout Maricopa who work directly with local school personnel to confidentially identify students in need of the program. The packs are delivered to the school Nurses/Counselors who discreetly distribute them to the students. PowerPack-Copa is NEVER given the personal information of recipients.
